Innovative American cuisine with French and Italian influences is served in our dining room with it's large slate fireplace and floors. The dining area offers spectacular views of the grounds and the mountain ranges. Warm silver sconces and candlelight set the mood for an intimate evening for couples or family dining. Dress is casual but neat. A country breakfast buffet is offered in the morning. Dining hours are 6:00 - 8:15 p.m.
