Wedding Procedures and Policies
Site/Facility Fee Basic site fee cost: $750.00. Fee includes ceremony site and set up (if desired). Exclusive use of the Bar Terrace and Upper Terrace which will be covered by our 30' x 50' white frame tent and 30' x 30' white frame tent. Tents are equipped with transparent sides and portable heater will be made available as required. Exclusive use of the Lower Meadow for larger receptions, which is equipped with a small cottage containing public rest rooms.
Per Person Rental Fee For functions requiring seating for buffet service or full service sit down dinner please add $8.50 per person, which includes all of the following:
- White padded wooden chairs
- Five foot round tables seating eight people each
- Six and eight foot banquet tables
- All white table linens
- All white china, flatware and glassware
- All necessary service equipment
- Maintenance set up, installation and clean up.
Please note that both fees are subject to 6% state tax.
Event Supervision and Direction Those brides and grooms selecting Edson Hill Manor to host their special day will also be given the experienced attention of Owner and General Manager Billy O'Neil. Mr. O'Neil will help plan, coordinate and execute details of your special weekend without compromise. The price for these services is included in our Site/Facility fee.
Accommodations There are a total of 25 guest rooms at Edson Hill Manor, 9 of which are located in the Main Manor House. Because of the intimate setting we require that these rooms be reserved for both Friday and Saturday nights. In addition to these rooms, we have 16 Carriage House rooms that the wedding party would have first option in reserving, if desired. Regardless of the number of rooms being reserved, guests attending the event will receive a 15% reduction for our regular rate. Those rates would range from $149 - $219 nightly, inclusive of a full country breakfast. This is a double occupancy rate.

Cuisine Edson Hill Manor has long prided itself on the quality of our food preparation. Our talented kitchen staff strives to provide an outstanding meal with the flexibility of being able to accommodate many different tastes.
Meals served to guests attending events are of equal quality to those meals served in our award winning Dining Room. Please refer to our menu page for a sampling.
Bar Services By clicking on our Bar price sheet, you will be given our updated bar price information. It is important to remember that when selecting The Manor to host your event, you have the flexibility of any billing format relating to bar costs. From open bar from start to finish, to all cash bar and everything in between, you can tailor this expense to fit your budget.
Securing a Date In order that we may hold a date on a confirmed basis, we require a signed personalized contract/proposal along with an initial advance deposit in the amount of $750.00. Subsequent advance deposits equaling 25% and 50% of the estimated food and beverage costs will be due. The dates that these deposits are due will be pointed out in your proposal.
Taxes and Service Charges Please be aware of the following: - Site/Facility and Per Person rental fee is subject to 6% State Tax
- Accommodations are subject to 9% State Tax and 15% Service Charge
- Food costs are subject to 9% State Tax and 15% Service Charge
- Beverage costs (if any) are subject to 10% State Tax and 15% Service Charge
Final Payment Final payment on all events is due no later than noon the day following the event in the form of cash or personal check.
